Vegetable Production

Asparagus, Beans, Peas, Sweet Corn, Squash and Pumpkins are grown direclty in our fields. Cucumbers, Lettuces and Tomatoes also grows, in our greenhouses.

 

Growing description:

Asparagus, Beans, Sweet Corn, Squash and Pumpkins growns direclty in our fields. Cucumbers, Peppers, Beans and Tomatoes also grows, in our greenhouses.

Our harvest starts at the end of April with cucumbers.

Asparagus season is from the 1st or 2nd week of May and last approximately one month later.

Our tomatoes are grown in our greenhouses and we start to harvest them in mid-may.

The Beans begins in July.

Sweet corn is picked in July, August and September.

Squash are ready to be picked at the end of August.

Finally, we end the season with the pumpkins.

 

Trichogramma

We do not use any insecticides on our sweet corn, instead, we use trichogrammas to control insects. Trichogrammas are polyphagous wasps commonly used for control on numerous crops and plants. These predators help us deliver you the best products without the use of any insecticides.
